Nozzle Remover – “Universal” Type C-201

Fits 5/8″ hex tips and all 11/16″ and 3/4″ Hexagon Adaptors

The Monarch C-201 nozzle remover has a unique 12-point broached socket making it “Universal” by fitting all styles and lengths of nozzle bodies made from either 3/4″ or 11/16″ hexagon. No special sockets or separate attachments needed—No extra parts to buy!

Special design prevents damaging nozzles, electrodes or insulators. Ample handle clearance leaves plenty of finger space. Rugged chrome-plated, heat-treated tool steel guarantees long-time, trouble-free use. Latest model fits “Flame Retention” heads.

“NO DRIP” – Strainer Check Valve

Prevents nozzle after-drip which fouls burner air mixing rings and leads to poor combustion. Fits directly onto F80 nozzles in place of standard strainers. When an oil burner shuts down, pressure remains in the oil line. This forces oil through the nozzle. This oil drips onto the air mixing ring causing coking, reduced combustion efficiency, higher smoke and sooting.

After-drip may also occur when air bubbles trapped in the oil line expand and contract from pressure, or from expansion.Because check valve requires 35 psi to open, pump pressure must be set 35 psi higher to assure good atomization and flow rate. Equipped with 120 mesh strainer. Restriction may occur on nozzles rated over 17.5 GPH.

Pump Test Kit

Complete with vacuum and pressure gauges, manifold, two nipples and 6″ flexible hose (with end fittings) for easy connection to otherwise inaccessible ports.

Furnished in durable, injection molded plastic carrying case for convenience and protection of equipment.

Fits all standard Fuel Units with 1/8″ or 1/4″ NPT ports. Manifold combines bleeder valve and gauge mount.

Nozzle Box

A sturdy, attractive, injection molded plastic box with a molded insert to accommodate 44 Nozzles in their individual containers. It has a convenient carrying handle, sturdy snap hasps and hinges. A Nozzle Pressure/Flow Chart in the lid gives quick, on the job, reference information for the serviceman. Will accommodate nozzles in any standard make container.

Warranty

All material is guaranteed to be free from defects in workmanship and material. Parts believed defective should be returned prepaid with an authorized RGA. If our inspection confirms buyer’s claim, material will be either repaired or replaced, at our option, and credit issued for the shipping charges.
