The F-94 Nozzle is available in a wide range of spray angles for many diverse applications. A unique spirally milled core or “disc” produces a high velocity spinning action that gives a solid cone distribution of medium atomization. The tip has a straight machine thread for use with a male or female adaptor with NPT connections. This Nozzle is particularly successful for dust suppression, industrial washers, coal washing and the production of carbon black.
The Swirl Chamber design, which is conical at both ends, produces a uniform hollow cone distribution. Atomization becomes finer at higher pressures and wider spray angles.
Typical uses are air washers, aerators, cooling towers, foam dissolving, smoke and dust removal, gas cooling, dewaxing, degreasing and general Industrial processing and Agricultural applications.
Spray Angles: 15°, 30°, 45°, 60°, 80° at 100 PSI.
Material: Standard in brass or 416 Stainless Steel. Also available in 304 and 316 Stainless Steel.
Adaptors: Brass 1/8″ pr 1/4″ NPT male or female. 416 Stainless Steel – 1/8″ and 1/4″ female. 416 Stainless Steel – 1/8″ and 1/4″ female. A short adaptor (15/16″) is available in 1/8″ and 1/4″ female NPT in Brass.
